    Manufacturer warranties for HVAC systems installed usually come standard with a 10 year warranty, if registered. Some brands of equipment may be more or less, depending on the model or series of the unit installed. Also, special equipment such as geothermal and mini-split units may come with a different set of warranty standards. It is usually best to research the brand of the equipment you plan to install - to know what length of warranty you will expect.
