     As a member of TVA’s Quality Contractor Network, our company invites you to participate in the new eScore Program brought to you by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and your Local Power Company! eScore encourages you to make energy efficiency improvements to your home. The Tennessee Valley Authority and participating Local Power Companies are providing rebates for making your home more energy efficient. In addition to energy savings and rebates, an energy advisor will come to your home for a FREE inspection (This is an additional inspection to any local, county or state inspections required.) to inspect the work we did and provide you a home energy score (eScore). The eScore will grade your home’s energy efficiency on a scale of 1-10 and provide next steps for reducing your energy use. Are you ready to make your home more energy efficient?

     Below are a few of the items that may assist you in determining if this program is right for you.



HVAC

     If your HVAC unit is old and not keeping your home comfortable - you are not providing efficient means to heat and cool your home. Are repairs frequent and costly? These are some of the problems this program can solve for you. By installing a new and more energy-efficient HVAC system, your home will stay comfortable and use less energy.

Heat Pump Unit - replace your current system with a properly designed system that improves energy usage. Geothermal Unit - replace your current system with a properly designed system that improves energy usage. Ductwork - seal you existing ductwork or replace it to improves energy usage.

Water Heaters

     Water Heaters use energy all the time - even when you do not need hot water. A heat pump hot water heater, tankless water heater or timer installed will decrease your energy usage.

Heat Pump Water Heater - Uses less energy than a traditional hot water heater saving you money. Tankless Water Heater - Uses energy when you need hot water, reduces energy usage and saving you money. Water Heater Timer - A timer installed on your water heater will prevent your water heater from using energy when you do not need hot water.

Air Sealing

Windows & Doors

     Inefficient windows & doors infiltrate your homes temperature environment, thereby running your HVAC system more than it should - wasting energy and costing you money.

Windows - Efficient windows prevent infiltration and provide more resistance to the outside temperatures. Doors - Efficient door prevent infiltration and provide more resistance to the outside temperature.
