General Warranty Information

    General warranties for HVAC systems installed usually come standard with a 10 year warranty, if registered. Some brands of equipment may be more or less, depending on the model or series of the unit installed. Also, special equipment such as geothermal and mini-split units may come with a different set of warranty standards. It is usually best to research the brand of the equipment you plan to install - to know what length of warranty you will except.

    Advanced Services provides labor warranties for equipment and parts installed. All parts come with a standard 1 year parts and labor warranty on the part installed unless noted otherwise. Advanced Services provides a basic 1 year labor warranty on all HVAC systems installed, which can be extended up to 12 years - depending on the brand of equipment installed.
