     If you are looking for a way to lower your heating bills, an iHybrid system can be the system to choose. This efficient, convenient unit combines the heating and cooling capabilities of a heat pump with a gas furnace. Your gas furnace only kicks on when temperatures get very low. Not only does it save energy and reduce the use of gas, but it uses Earth-friendly refrigerant - R-410A. R-22 refrigerant, the other type, contains chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) that contribute to ozone depletion.

     This system is efficient and durable. Each iHybrid unit is constructed with galvanized steel with a polyester urethane finish. Also, the 950-hour salt spray finish resists corrosion 50% better than standard finishes.

     Keep your heating bills to a minimum with dual-fuel operation. Since a dual-fuel system contains both the parts for a heat pump and a gas furnace, it is able to operate in both electric heat pump heating mode (when temperatures are mild) and gas heating mode (when temperatures drop significantly). This way you are always using the most efficient fuel source for the temperature.
